My beautiful friend Michelle celebrates her birthday today. I made these for her by request. Tasty vanilla cake loaded with Oreo chunks and an Oreo at the bottom, topped with white chocolate frosting and an Oreo. My version of Cookies n' Cream.

What does the baker have for Thanksgiving? Well, only the best combination of fall flavors. Maple Nut and Mexican Thanksgiving filled our table, but not for very long.

How will I top this next year?....time for new recipes.

My First Order

Compliments of Jay and Melanie Rebsamen, I had my first order ever. They chose a cupcake I call Maple Nut. This delight is comprised of pecan spice cake, maple icing, and a crown of pecans to top it all off.

Happy (belated) Thanksgiving Rebsamens! I hope you enjoyed eating them as much as I enjoyed baking them.

These fall time flavor favorites come together for an unexpected taste. Ultra moist pumpkin spice cake topped with not-too-spicy Mexican chocolate frosting. Who wouldn't love a Mexican Thanksgiving?

Blondes really do have more fun

Think of a brownie and then the opposite of that...a blondie. Thick vanilla cake, toffee bits, butterscotch chips, white chocolate chips with white chocolate icing. It is as delicious as it sounds.

What could be better than a brownie? A blondie.
